Just got this, have no idea how to use this

It's probably a memory dump of the game executable, to be cracked, so if you're an end user then it has no use for you. (It could be infected with malware, though, so I removed the link.)

Whether it contains malware or not, it's still not for the end users - you yourself wrote that you have no idea how to use it - so there was no point in linking to it. Those people who can use it - crackers - already have it if they want to, they won't download it from here. (Watch your language!)
