Neo key/ Silver bottoms
 

Hello.. I recently bought a Neo Key(not installed yet).. Can my Neo Key play Siliver Bottom Discs? Also, how do I burn Silver bottoms? And lastly, are there ne sites where i can just get the required data to burn a ps2? if so, please tell me via email.. (kman_007us********com) but please also post here that u have responded.. Thanks

What's with the silver bottoms? Is it just to "look like" the pressed originals? Read this article - ####://www.sundial.net/~carter/help/media/cd-r_colors.htm to understand the relationship of CD-R colour to the burn process.

Thank you for replying Charley.. But my question is: can I burn Ps2 DVD based games on a cd-rw and DVD rom? Will my neo key play PS2 dvd based games? Thank you

Yes, you can RIP games with a dvd rom and cdrw and yes, it will play dvd based games with a neo-key. Use the search function, type in dvd rip. Also there is a difference in silvers and ntsc, pal dvd rom. Silvers as they are correctly refered to are PSX,PS2 pressed games that originate from Hong Kong. not sure if this is what you mean or not but in any case i have never tried to load one so i am not sure if a usb mod will support these types import games or not.
