hey i did the conversion and the splash screens i cannot see the install or directory text there are blank, so i cannot see the right buttons

i'm win 10 pro, tried two different machines both win 10 and the same, could it be the issue with the OS. i don't have any other OS's running to test, i like to know if others are having issues.

i know .cab and win 10 don't play nice, so it takes it's time to start setup too, but that's okay just the splash screens area worry

pakrat2k2 08-12-2015 10:16

you do know that to fix the issue with cab & win10 simply edit ultraarc.ini & change the extension name from cab to bin or arc. Never had any issues with text not showing.

n00dls 08-12-2015 10:20

ya i used the compress.bat this time, ya i've made a few .bin thru ultraarc, the no text i'm stumped

EDIT: i had to select the lang flag for me and i see the text now, problem solved

He's running Windows 10, running the setup.exe, he could NOT see any text showing on the buttons, UNTIL he clicked on 1 of the Language flags. Issue was then resolved.

Did you change anything in compress.bat?
Compress.bat doesn't accept spaces in names of folders. Maybe it is related to that!!!
Did you manage to run it as admin?

the size appears 4.35 but in the end the total exceeds the normal capacity of DVDs
