2)- Move _CommonRedist folder from game's installed directory to (Last DVD
3)- Run UltraARC.exe select game folder and press Compress

it's my fault same mistake x2

I was used this instalation and it finish it, but I have a problem. The shorcut that makes me on my desktop is uninstall.exe I enetered in the options and seen that when it makes instalation it doesn`t make CODBO3.exe shortcut on desktop but it makes uninstall.exe

which is exactly like first screenshot where you then choose play. OP decided to create the installer this way, don't like that the create your own shortcut.

I didn`t make my own shortcut I was gone in game folder where is game installed and make shortcut when I was starting game shortcut that was putted on my desktop by installation it was a uninstall shortcut not the game shortcut

like I said the creator of the conversion choose to use that shortcut to launch the installer where you have to choose play to launch the game.

IF you don't like that shortcut then delete the one made by the installer & make your own shortcut to the game manually.

I delete option (play) + small change

update your ultraarc.ini to add these 2 files to exclusions ( at bottom of file ) more & more games have these files, they cause issues with inno.

those need to be in UltraArc.ini this version only had Exclude1
