If you can't figure that out moron then there really isn't much hope for you.

First of all you need to establish what format for image is in.
Common formats are .CDI, which are Diskjuggler images.
Or another common one is a cue and bin format, which are CDRWIN images

get the relevant program and write from image to CDR.
