Hi again guys, I just created this Text-to-Speech Library for Inno Setup. It is not perfect because I created this dll in just 10 minutes.

Just write your text and the dll will read it out.

not really, I just think and create.
I also created Inno Setup Advanced Splash (it has 22 effects) which I will be posting soon.
