1. Install the game. Update game to latest version+DLC, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

2A. MOVE _CommonRedist to conversion output folder 2.

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location.

4. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

5. Then burn folder contents to DVDs with same folder name.

DVD1- 4.37GB
DVD2- 2.46GB
Replace Setup.exe from archive setupfix.rar into Conversion Output folder 1

DISK 1 size is too big, cannot fit on dvd5 please help

4.37gb is not too big for dvd5 fits perfectly. if you still cant fit because of your burning software
then edit ultraarc.ini and change FirstVolumeSize=4470 to FirstVolumeSize=4460
and save it, then recompress game.

This converted and installed without any problems, there can be no mistake here.

With latest update and all 22 DLCs, size of second DVD: 3.91 GB. Works perfectly, thank you.

Any chance for a version with _CommonRedist on first or last DVD instead of gamedir? Thanks.

done, use setup-fix archive & move commonredist to output folder 2.

Is there an option for an installer for just the DLCs? One that'd detect DOA5 Steam folder and automatically install all the addons (DLC, mods if packaged) into it? Thanks in advance.

The might be a way for an updated installer to check for files but ive not looked into it yet.
