2: Start Converter.exe, Choose Game Folder, click Convert, wait for Finish
3: Make a Iso out of Output, Uninstall Original Game, Reinstall from Conversion, Enjoy! ;)

hi i have an ERROR: general (de)compression error in srep using your converter, already installed freearc and using win 7 ultimate 64 bit. something that i miss ?

-start Freearc one time before you start the Converter and choose your System Language
-clean your System from Junk Files to make the your Temp Folder clean
-be shure you have the double of Game Size free on HDD

Otherwise open Converter.ini with Text Editor and set 'd158m' to 'd128m'
