Final size:
DVD1=4.33 GB's
DVD2=4.20 GB's
1. Extract attachment somewhere on your computer, NOT in the game installation directory
2. If you want some other language other than English, you'll need to change Data1.lst file and change en to your desired language
3. Run compressor.bat, enter game path and wait
4. Make ISO files or test from HDD before burning

NOTE
Conversion done with English language only. Redists are not supported but they will be in the game folder.

UPDATE
1.1 Fixed bug in the SmallInstaller. No need do to conversion again. Just replace Setup.exe

I modified data files to add french language and it go fine
DVD1=4.27 Go
DVD2=4.36 Go
So ( I pick :) )

Data4.cab error??? Why =.=

Tried it with spanish language, edited "Data1.lst" but still got a few files missing, Added the missing files and edited the cabs distribution to make it fit.

DVD2: 4.36GB

thanks in my case there is a missing file and is the data\greeks.pack (la ira de sparta i think). I add in the list5

yes thet 1st. 4.36GB, 2nd. 4.26GB and 3rd. 278 Mb
