1: Install the Game, Download Attachment, Unpack it, Download Altef's GID
2: Start GID.exe, click Import and choose the Hitman.db from Attachment
3: Click Compile, follow the Steps from Compiler
4: Make two new Folders called HMA_1 and HMA_2, put these things in the Folders

HMA_1: Data.db, Setup.exe, Setup-1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, autorun.inf, Icon.ico to find in Attachment

HMA_2: autorun.inf, Icon.ico,  Setup-2a, 2b, 2c, 2d

Make a Iso out of two Folders, Uninstall Original Game, Reinstall from Conversion, Have Fun :)
