Thank you and you download a file?

REV0 28-05-2014 06:22

You have the game, it's more than enough. You dont have to download anything for this conversion. It uses the setup of the retail game.

is there a way to edit the contents of the .cabs to delete foreign langs? Could save like 7.5gb

REV0 28-05-2014 07:36

Im gonna make custom setup for one lang anyway it's useless for the moment.

I will check both custom for watchdogs and wolfenstein dvd9 version either this week or in mid-june, i'm busy with lots of things

Thanks Revo - might save some time if orig setup can be kept, as ripping out foreign audio tends to be painless once the correct rip-list is compliled for the .cab editor. I might look into it myself, but I could never get "The F1nal Solution" thing to work right.

Hi Rev0,

You think you could fit it onto 3xDVD5 with only one language?
I can get it into "3xDVD5 + 80mb" using Ultra64 Compression in innosetup, so it's almost there.

killkrazed 29-05-2014 05:31

I've been trying to get it onto 3x DVD5 as well, but the problem I am having is that "Wind_City.dat" is a single file that is over 5gb and I simply can't get it to fit onto 1 disc.

Is there anyway I can split the files into multiple .Cabs like in the Custom Installer, but using higher compression (Either Srep, or Freearc)? 85mb is a hell of a waste of a DVD.

So far, I don't know how to split files when using Srep.

KaktoR 29-05-2014 05:59

Not possible to split. Wait for conversion.

Thanks, but I am little bit confused...

1.Do I need Support folder on DVD1(if yes what is the content of folder)?

2.Support folder on DVD5 content only License, Manual and ReadMe folders, am I right?
