Thanks to Yener90 for script.

1. Install Game, Updates, DLC, Etc.
2. Do NOT move anything from game folder.
3. Extract archive to HD, Run Compress.bat, wait till finishes.
4. Test Install / Uninstall Before burning to DVD.

Final Size 4.13GB

Languages Supported: cz,en,es,fr,it,pl,ptbr,ru
Reg Entries for each individual language.
Extract fixed-locale & overwrite 2 exe's ( locale show work properly now ) :o

Does it have proper reg. entries for all languages(game uses language based on which one is in registry) or only for english?

Yes, based on which you choose to install from.

looked thru script & I had a typo in the locale(s)
uploaded the fixed exe's that should remedy it not putting correct locale in registry.

Just replace the 2 exe's in conversion, no need to redo it.

well seems like i messed it up while playing with registry on my PC - tried in in another PC and its still in eng
it shows this

while there should be cs_CZ in locale section (similar one in other langs)

been doing some reading online & depending on if using 'cracked' version it will auto-default back to en-US. There is a launcher that will 'lock' the reg entry to what version you installed so you can play in that language version.

Doing some testing with values in script to see if it will write them properly for other languages ( all others not in English )

done some testing and it seems like i found my problem :-D i have only eng GDF_Binary file so installer always install it in english ;-)
So just asked my friend who has cz version and its fine now

Done this as well did other conversion also, dvd size 3.35gb and other conversion 2.47gb but good installer and around 12mins for both conversions ;):)
