How to add Redist in inno script for DirectX, Visual C++, PhysX, etc...

those launch variables go in the setup.ini & they DO work, IF you are using yener90's script. If not his script, then ask the author of the script.

There is a thread for INNO type questions and another thread for General Conversion questions ............ use them!!
We try very hard to organize the forums for the members, we want to keep the Conversions section for 'Conversions' only, all questions either get asked in their corresponding conversion threads or in either of the Questions thread.
