- Planned updates:

- Burial At Sea: Episode Two update, when it's released.

- Instructions:

1. Install the game, updates and DLCs.

2. Move prerequisities folder to BIO_INF1.

3. Download attachments (1 Setup and Compressor) Open COMP rar and extract it's content to Conversion (BIOINF_V2) folder.

Open compress.bat, show your game's installed directory. Conversion will take 1 hour according to your hardware specifications.

After compression you will have 7 data cab files; 2 in 1st, 2 in 2nd, 1 in 3rd, 1 in 4th, 1 in 5th folder.

4. You can put any extra stuff such as OST, artwork, and other stuff in last folder. (LOL, you can't, wait for Episode 2 update)

I also recommend to burn first to DVD+RW so when i update setup.exe for Episode Two, you will be able to update it

5. Burn BIO_INF* contents with same folder names.

If you're using your i7 at 2.5Ghz and HT disabled, yeah 12 is possible. Otherwise, it will be completed on 1.5-2 hours MAXIMUM. Installation took 15 minutes.

If you need 12 hours to convert 20GB of game, dump that PC, before it's too late, i'm serious.

Hi to the OP of this thread.

I would like to know if this conversion will be updated to include Episode 2 of Burial at Sea?

Thanks

prudislav 28-03-2014 01:26

well full thing with all DLCs can be packed to 17gb using srep , but it might take a while to get lists right

NSCXP2005 28-03-2014 07:57

I hope somebody can make this possible.

GODZYLLA 28-03-2014 08:34

Separately, the packed DLCs have (EN only):

Clash in the Clouds - 3.56 GB
Burial at Sea: Episode 1 - 4.31 GB
Burial at Sea: Episode 2 - 7.76 GB

REV0 28-03-2014 08:59

I'll make GOTY version soon

Actually the DLCs for the games these days really annoy me, because you have to make another conversion and waste DVDs. I usually like to keep backups for games without patches or extra content, and add the content later. But since the compression in these conversion is very good, I would like conversions based on DLCs and extra content only (e.g. you make a conversion when the game is released and another without the base game when no more patches or DLCs will be released). It can be done only using the compression method and then extracting the .cab archives, but it would be nicer to have an installer.

not a bad idea. But generaly DLCs dont come with setups, they are downloadble through Steam or other client apps, so you dont know what or how many files came with DLCs or what changes were made.

So, i dont burn games, keep them away, DLCs are keeping comin' once i'm sure no more DLCs will come i burn them, it's more easier.
