hi i wonder where i can find files to download and burn them to a cd so i can make this cd a video cd player for dreamcast.I dont want o download the gypplay cause i must copy the files of vcd to a folder with a gyplay and then burn them all. I just want to make an individual vcd player for dreamcast just like the utopia boot cd

the procedure is that i download the 2 files and then just burn them with nero nad close last session????
