Is there a VCD player on Dc that plays actual VCD's
 

I have a ton of VCD's and i am tired of playing them on my computer and i dont have enough money to go out and buy a vcd player.I alredy tried Gypplay to find that it can only use Level 2 mode 1 files.Is there a prog that can pluy VCD's since their Level 2 Mode 2/XA
