Based on CIU 1.0.0.6 by yener90 (Much obliged for this, man ;) )
.bat file and compression method by Peterf1999 and Fabioddq (also, many thanks to these guys ;) )
Art: found online and ingame
Music: Main and credits theme from game OST by Knights of Soundtrack

1. Install the game and leave the _CommonRedist inside game folder
2. Extract content of the archive somewhere, NOT in the game installation folder, start Compress.bat, wait for it to compile.

P.S.
I haven't managed to test this installation so feedback is appreciated :D Also, the game won't fit on 1DVD5 even with removing HD or SD videos so don't ask for it :D

set the exe to run in compatability mode for win 7 ?

Small Problem
 

I've just used this conversion, apart from the arc.exe issue reported I didn't have any problems, until I started installing, not a real problem, just a display bug, see the attached picture for details.

Running on Windows 8.1 64bit

Funny nobody noticed it before, including me :D I'll replace the Setup.exe :D
