3) Move these files to 'SMSD_DVD':

Code:

Streams1.cab
Streams3.cab
Video1.cab
Video2.cab
Video3.cab
Video4.cab

and this folder:

Code:

Setup\Data
4) Copy these files to 'SMSD_DVD':

Code:

0x0409.ini
0x040a.ini

1033.mst
1034.mst

WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe

(if you donīt want to read, just copy every files in the root of the dvd, except the .cab)

And the folders:

Code:

DirectX
Docs
Setup\rsrc

5) Edit autorun.inf in 'SMSD_DVD'

Code:

[autorun]
open=0
icon=Setup\rsrc\SMSD.ico

6) Edit the file 'Activision(R).msi' in 'SMSD_DV1' to look like the attached picture.

7) Copy the edited file to 'SMSD_DVD', replacing the original one.

8) Use the temp folders name as labels and burn the game.

DONE!!

Installation sequence will be DVD1 - DVD2

DVD1 = 3.88 GB
DVD2 = 4.00 GB

P.D: For the lazy ones, I've included the edited .msi as attach.
