Mass Effect 3: DLC Language Trimming Tutorial (Supplement to existing conversions)
 

First off, download ME3Explorer over here:

This guide concerns the following DLCs for Mass Effect 3:

- Extended Cut DLC [DLC_CON_END]
- Leviathan DLC [DLC_EXP_Pack001]
- Omega DLC [DLC_EXP_Pack002]
- Citadel DLC 1/2 [DLC_EXP_Pack003]
- Citadel DLC 2/2 [DLC_EXP_Pack003_Base]
- From Ashes DLC [DLC_HEN_PR]

This guide will not help much in case of DLC_CON_APP01, DLC_CON_GUN01, DLC_CON_GUN02, DLC_OnlinePassHidCE, DLC_UPD_Patch01, DLC_UPD_Patch02. They contain little to no language-relevant audio files so the space save would be negligible.

This guide DOES NOT apply in case of DLC_CON_MP1-5, because these are multiplayer DLCs! Modification of multiplayer-relevant content may ban you from multiplayer games! Never modify these five *.sfar files (and if editing Coalesced.bin for whatever reason, steer clear from the multiplayer sections as well)!

On with the guide. Despite concerning just six *.sfar files which are in fact five DLCs, it'll be, if done properly, a huge saving in your HDD space. I'll make it as clear and simple as possible.

DISCLAIMER: Note that you'll see one of the MP DLCs on the screenshots as my SP ones are already edited.

1. Start ME3Explorer.exe
2. Select Tools >> DLC Editor.
3. Left click the yellow folder icon in order to open the .sfar file you want to edit and select it.
4. Expand all folders till you see the DLC's actual files.
5. Mark the proper files for deletion. Right-click on file, choose delete, confirm and see it painted red. It's marked for deletion. The key is:

_INT.pcc -- English audio
_DEU.pcc -- German audio
_FRA.pcc -- French audio
_ITA.pcc -- Italian audio
_INT.afc -- English audio
_DEU.afc -- German audio
_FRA.afc -- French audio
_ITA.afc -- Italian audio

Remember to leave yourself the audio which you want to keep!

6. Click on the gray icon with green arrow to save the file. You will be given a chance to create a backup - do as you wish. Wait and you will be notified when the file is saved. Job well done.
