Cannot Download due to bad referrer that YOUR site created

Attempt to download that file. You'll get a shitty advertisement pop-up for adfoc.us. You click the "Skip" button, and get the message:

If you are running one of these applications then make sure
that they do not kill the referrer for:

We have been forced to protect the downloadable files
as other websites are directly linking to them
without our permission!

Umm...the referrer is the AD PAGE THAT YOU PUT THERE!

If you go back and re-click the link, a new popup appears that redirects about 8 times to various adf.ly URLs, then brings you to a set of links. All of the links take you to an "Important Notice" page with some self-righteous disclaimer, and a link that takes you to the gamecopyworld homepage.

I skipped the first advert, chose mirror and download started. ;)

The ad is not the original referer so this ain't it

Most likely you kill the page referer and it is set to nothing

I tried to lookup you IP in the download error logs to see something but it is not available so can't check this further

Something weird (and similar) happened to me the other day.
You wrapped download links through adf.ly however, the other day I was looking for AC3 trainer and some other AD window appeared instead of adfly...
When 5 second timer ran out, I got the same message as he did.

Will try to screenshot the thing if it appears again.

To trace back this problem I need the IP & download time (& your time-zone) to check our log
