Can I be blunt and say that I don't understand sh*t about this conversion?

I can see which parameters I need to use so I can compress the files.
I can see that there are 4 .cab files.

I can't see order of files that needs to be compressed... This conversion needs more description.

Other than that, everything looks neat.

uses original files, not installed game files.

compress Setup.exe, Autorun.exe, Data1.cab, Data2.cab, Data3.cab, Data4.cab
into Datafiles.arc using precomp then srep & finally freearc.

So, basically, when you are installing the game, you are installing it two times?
First when you unpack files from this conversion and then from Original files?

Consuming two times the space to install the game...

you dont install it at all.. use original setup files, compressed even more.

be patient, wil -re-write using CI.8.5.7.4 so that its easier to do conversion.
Will post as soon as i can re-check a couple settings, to make sure correct.

INSTALL THE GAME, DONT start it yet as it will update.

Data1.arc M0 Compression ( NONE)
Textures folder
Video Folder
Voice Folder
Then precomp Data1.arc > Data1.pcf
precomp038 -slow -c6 -m8 -oData1 Data1.arc
Srep the Data1.pcf file > Data1.srep
srep30 -m3 Data1.pcf Data1.srep
Finally Freearc the Data1.srep > Compression -mx -ld800m Data1.cab

Data2.arc M0 Compression ( NONE)

In DVD1 folder, put both Data1.cab & Data2.cab. Along with Redist folder which has Directx subfolder, Launcher subfolder, vcredist_x64.exe, vcredist_x86.exe. The Directx folder you can copy from any game the latest version. The Launcher subfolder contains NCsoftLauncherSetup.exe ( which has link at top of post 1 ). then the vcredists which you should have already.

DVD2 folder contains Data3.cab & Data4.cab.

Be prepared for 2+ hour install, because of the freearc, precomp, srep compression. Then once starting game be prepared for 24hr+ update!!

IMHO, complete waste of time in compressing the game this much, easier & faster to burn to couple extra dvd's, relatively cheap. The biggest drawback is the game update from korea servers is extremely slow.
