manager problems?
 

ok i did everything the way you guys said to but when i go to start the disc juggler it says the following 2 messages 1. unable to initialize ASPI manager and also 2. device manager initialization failed what does thhis mean and how the hell can i fix it??? Please reply I am dying here!
