Script: yener90 / Special Thanks: WaltonSimons, for requesting of this conversion and also providing tips. *Setup supports these languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, French, Russian, Japanese History V1.00 - First Release. V1.01 - Small, unimportant regkey fix. Install the game, update it, and install editor if you want. 1. Go to installed game's folder and put DirectX folder inside of redist folder. Then move redist folder to somewhere else. 2. Download the attachments below. Overwrite .iss script which was given as second attachement, over the one which located in the conversion. Open installerscript.iss with Unicode version of INNO and change the following line according to your game's installed location: Code:
#define ProgramFiles "E:\Program Files (x86)\2K Games\Borderlands GOTY Edition"3. After compile, move: -Setup.cab, Setup.exe, Setup.ini, Autorun.exe, to DVD1 folder, which is also in attachement as created. All Setup-1*.bin files to DVD1 All Setup-2*.bin files to DVD2 All Setup-3*.bin files to DVD3 5. Now move redist folder back to DVD3 folder. 6. Burn content to DVDs, and enjoy installer music pack during install. Alternative - Updated Phsyx: I already included codes of Physx driver in Setup.ini below it. Overwrite them on current one. DVDSizes: DVD1: 4.31GB DVD2: 4.29gb DVD3: 766MB (Excluding redist folder) http://img577.imageshack.us/img577/3251/76868934.png http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/8692/21937631.png http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/8311/78846753.png http://img853.imageshack.us/img853/1238/11162099.png http://img811.imageshack.us/img811/9974/38318479.png http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/7776/78214092.png |

So, a mean, is it normal? the dlcs pack when or where appears? maybe when i finish the entire game? If you can help me? Thankyou for your time!! |
googled it.... responses to play DLC
"if you haven't activated the fast travel system in the main game, you won't be able to access the DLC." some some this is false here's the wiki page that has all the information on the game, walkthru, what order to do the DLC etc... |
i have trouble for compile ,error meesage: Line 265: No files found matching "G:\Program Files\2k Games\Borderlands.

if the folder is correct then the line should read #define ProgramFiles "G:\Program Files\2K Games\Borderlands" you missed the last " & had a period instead, that makes a difference. |
hmm.. When I did my own goty script, I ripped out all foreign langs & used lzma compression, got this baby on 1x dvd9 & even had room for the 1.4.1 update/crack on the disc too!

Borderlands GOTY + 4DLCs [ENG Only] - 11GB game size.
Compile using lzma2/fast setting. Took approximately 25m on my system. (i3 Processor - 4GB RAM) Installation took around 15m. Final size: DVD1: 4.31gb DVD2: 3.55gb (Redist Folder Included) No error found during compile, install, play, and uninstall. Test done on Win7 Professional x64. Great work. Thanks REV0! |
Thanks for the input, everything OK with DLCS: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx and Claptrap's Robot Revolution.
