Sorry bro! I used maximum compression (lzma2/ultra64) for internal installation.
For 4xDVD5 is need precomp and srep, but i not have knowledge about this and not have time unfortunately. :D
With 6xDVD5 the installation is more quick. ;) :D
I'm glad you liked it!

With compression none on a system: quad core i5, 6 Giga ddram3 conversion takes 9 minutes, and installation takes about 30 minutes! Results 7 DVD5!
With compression lzma2/ultra64 on the same system conversion takes 3 hours and 20 minutes and installation takes 1 hour and 20 minutes! Results 6 DVD5
With compression lzma with the same system conversion takes 2 hours and 10 minutes and installation takes about 55 minutes! Results 6 DVD5 + 1 CD!
I chose compression none and 7DVD5 because of time restraints conversion and installation!
We chose setup with images not video file this because Video files repetition is frustrating!Think you're watching an hour and 20 minutes continuously a movie about two minutes!
Thanks Fabioddq! Tested and retested on Win 7 x64! Worked out great!
P.S.-Change in ISS Script DiskSliceSize = 1556000000 to DiskSliceSize = 1550000000 otherwise DVD1 will exceed 4.7 Giga because Setup.cab which contains video file -18.1 MB (19,001,344 bytes) ,total Setup.cab-36.1 MB (37,949,440 bytes)!

Fabioddq 10-06-2012 14:54

Hmm... My DVD1 not exceed (4,38GB --> 1xDVD5).
Anyway, thanks for the informations! :D

EDIT...

With DiskSliceSize = 1550000000, the final size of DVD1 is 4,36GB.
I choose too 7xDVD5. Installation is fast, 20 min on my PC. :D

To be honest, I think I too would prefer the 7 DVD option,

.... will add it too the Index very soon Fabioddq, just gathering the other Newer ones as well.

When I add new conversions to the Index I 'always' edit the date as the 'Reason Given for Editing' in the actual Index Post and also in the Main Forum Link, so peeps can always check the dates to see if their conversions should have been added or if they have been accidentally missed. ;)
Example: CD2DVD Conversion GameIndex **UPDATED: 11-06-2012**

EDIT: Now added to Index ;)

I found a little error in Setup.ini, change: vcredist_x86_2008_sp1.exe to vcredist_x86.exe

Note: Not have to compile the installer again. Just open DVD1 image (with Power ISO for example) and fix Setup.ini
Others redistributables are installing normally.

Thanks for reporting.

Not necessary. Just delete Video.avi from Setup.cab and leave images (1.jpg, 2,3...) :D
