INSTALLATION TUTORIAL

1.) Download Phoenix 1.4 Beta 7 (this is the one who has no problem to shogun2)

3.) Open shogun2 image (ISO or mdx) tool with Daemon Tools

4.) shogun2 Create a folder called C: \ Program Files or any Local

1. Unpack the .SID files from RETAIL disks with Phoenex

2. Install the patch mentioned above (I admit, i didn't understand PROPERLY the steps -14 and -15)
Or even aplying "skidrow" patches (I know, it's "Jack Sparrow's", but they aren't "Already cracked updates") without the "Anti-protection, Steamless measures"

3. Create a installer, either by:
- Creating a single, "lame" one with InnoSetup, or take the code from previous Peterf1999's InnoSetup installer (Or even some "Russian" nice-looking ones), modify them to your needs (Isn't Shogun Total War 2 a GFWL game, is it?) then compile
- Or InstallShield it. =X

Did I need to install the game, and then to run Inno setup which is included in your conversion?

I installed the game in C: \ shogun2, but when i run your inno complier he report me some errors, like that he cano't find icon.ico, and other stufs. So did i need to install the game, and then run inno complier or i need to copy all files and folders on C:\ shogun2, and then run inno setup or something else. Please help. :)

the game needs to be installed to c:\shogun2 according to the iss file

open the iss file with notepad or inno, you can change the source location so it matches where you have the game installed.

the reason for the error --> SetupIconFile=C:\shogun2\icon.ico, so if your icon file is named something different then also change that line in the iss file. Another line you may want to change is the output dir ( OutputDir=C:\shog ) change that to where your have enough room if C: isnt a good choice. Then run the script & it will compile it for you.

PS: Just copy the file icon.ico image of the game and put the folder where you installed the game, then start the file shogun 2. iss

the game needs tar urged the folder C: \ shogun2 after you run the program file shogun.iss innoseup ...

That's right I forgot this detail. sorry but if you look at the file shogun.iss will notice the directories required by the program is not hard to understand the code of the compiler ...

to install the game just follow the first procedure of a breach of the steam inno only serves to save the game on 3 dvd 4.5 gb

some of this movies shows only dead of our "soldier" in different seasons
So i reconde that useless movies to 35-40% quality and 640x352
other movies goes 40-50% 640x352
(to unpack movies from archives use dragon unpacker)
