Thanks Peterf1999 work perfectly on win7 x64.
Buone feste a tutti! |
Tested in Spanish and, as always, working 100%.
Ps: You have accomplished what others said that was "imposible". Congrats!!! :) |
it works perfectly, IF you follow the instructions.. use 7-zip to open the files, winrar causes errors.
|

Does that look like this c:\program files\HAWX2? Obviously not. First off DO NOT extract the 7-zip files into your game dir. Second make sure the 'temp' folder HD has tons of space. +20GB freespace. by temp folder I mean the drive where the 'HAWX2_1xDVD5\HAWX2' folder is. Third if anytime you get any errors, delete the temp folder, start over again, from the first step. |
thanks!! i speak english just a little, i don't understand all instructions.
can you plz make a video ? thanks in advance =) or can u explain more this step plz 3) Copy DVD9 contents to 'HAWX2_1xDVD5\HAWX2' folder |
i can't extrat 7-zip can't open archive why??? plss help
|
make sure you rename the following files, without the .7z extension:
HAWX2_1xDVD5.7z.009.7z HAWX2_1xDVD5.7z.010.7z HAWX2_1xDVD5.7z.011.7z The first 8 files DONT have that extension. Just a limit of the board to 8 files, peter had to rename them to finish the full set. |
What does it mean to '3) Copy DVD9 contents to 'HAWX2_1xDVD5\HAWX2' folder'?
Where do I find these contents? I followed the steps pakrat2k2 said and have about 25GB in my hdd for the 'temp' folder and 7+GB for my game dir, but still FreeArc is asking me to retry. |

The downloads in post #1 HAWX2_1xDVD5.7z.01 --> HAWX2_1xDVD5.7z.011 will give you the 'HAWX2_1xDVD5\HAWX2' folder once you extract the files from those 11 files. Then follow the rest of the instructions. |
iam getting the same error trying to rebuild..what should i do...please help
|
more information would definately help..
what error message? What OS are you running? IF running Win7 right-click on bat file & run as admin. ( for starters ) |

Get a file manager (FAR Manager or Total Commander), select all the files and rename them to "*." (an asterisk and a dot); this will cut the (last) extension off the file name. Or open a DOS prompt, go to the directory of these files and run the command "ren *.7z *.". (The quotes are not to be entered.)
