No cd for some old pc calcio (pc fůtbol) versions

Back in the old times I used to buy cheap dynamic multimedia games at my newspapers stand.
Recently I cleaned many old games from the dust and I think it does not exist a nocd for some italian versions of this game, it should have simple cdcheck so I included the executable so maybe someone will do the dirty work. :)
I admit that this time I have some problems to identify the needed files for the game loading, even following the fileforums faqs.
Let's begin with pccalcio 7. There is a nocd for spanish version on gcw but it seems to be different from italian executable. I included the italian executable and the cdrom root layout. Ask me for other files if needed. thanks

Note: let's better explain the situation.
There are many exes in the game directory, the exe you need to use to correctly start the game is calcio7.exe, then looking at the task manager, the managcal.exe one is executed. Then the dbasecal one is executed for some game sections. The spanish nocd patch (made by El Tostador) looks for "pcf7.exe" that is (I think) the spanish version equivalent of italian's calcio7.exe, so I hope the cdcheck is located there.

thanks again Cowsheep! that cdcheck is gone for good :)
unfortunately the managcal.exe, the exe that starts automatically after calcio7.exe, gives a message (it is not a windows popup this time)(translation): "you cannot start the game. you need the original pccalcio 7 cdrom" and a button [OK] if you push it, it sends you out of the game. I included managcal file for eventual inspections.

I will look at exe tomorrow, try if copying a file called DISK.ID from disc to gamedir helps.

I already copied all the files from the cd to the install directory. No luck with disk.id

I have other dinamic games and they seems to have the same game engine, file patterns.

not working :/

Elaborate. E.g. create a trace file with Sysinternals' Procmon.

good job bro, it worked ;) I included the pccalcio 5 and 2000 executables. I'm not playing with them right now (busy with pccalcio 7 :) but you can give a look at them when you want. thanks!

Here NoCd for version 5.
For the 2000 edition i need gfxwin.dll and d2s2.dll for debugging.

whops...my fault. I was sure to have included them in the previous pack.
here are the missing files you requested.

note - I saw you uploaded pccalcio 7 no cd to gamecopyworld, I have to report there is an inaccuracy:

"Play Instructions:
•Install the game - Full Installation.
•Replace the original CALCIO7.EXE & MANAGCAL.EXE files with the one from the File Archive.
•Play the Game!"

Even after full installation, you need to manually copy ALL the files from cdrom to installation directory to run the game without errors.
This is true for pccalcio 5 too.

I didnt upload the files to gcw... DDS forgot to add the instruction "Copy all files from disc to gamedir".

One of these dlls needs another dll: Utils.dll

If it does not work, i have some functions left to patch, but i dont want to patch then neccesarry. I cant trace through the code, because i get a missing file error before any disc check is reached.

EDIT: New attachement.
