Copy all content from DVD 9 to folder ' SMSD_DVD '

Download ' Activision(R).msi ' , extract and replace in ' SMSD_DVD '

All files and folders

Then from ' SMSD_DVD ' / Setup / Data / delete subfolder ' Data '

Burn with label name SMSD_DVD and SMSD_DVD_2

DVD 1 = 3.91
DVD 2 = 3.99

Installation DVD1 - DVD2 - DVD1
