DC Patch Programing question
 

Can a patch be made to run simultaniously with the game itself, for instance to add keyboard or light gun support to a game.

I know that all of those specialized peripherals use special code, but could some form of emulation be used while that game is running to do this. Does the DC have enough ram to keep the patch in memory while running the game.

eg. Add light gun support to silent scope
