Black Dahlia cd2dvd conversion
 

Can you please help me with the conversion of a really old game, The Black Dahlia, it's 8 cd's and i'd want to burn it in a single disc! Any help is really appreciated! Thank you very much even for reading this!

One thing to try, make a temp folder. ( name should be same as label for cd#1)
Then starting with cd#8 copy to temp folder, work you way up to cd#1, saying yes to overwrite any files already there.

IF you have it already installed, uninstall it, see if the install works from the temp folder.
( make note if there is any autorun.dat, MSI file etc ) if there is archive with winrar
upload it to the forum here.

Another thing you may want to do is take a screenshot of each cd with files/folders listed, along with file sizes etc.

Just googled this ancient game, here is a page specific to RUNNING this oldie, NOT converting but how to run it in
compatability mode.

well it looks like its a bit too big to fit on dvd5. Nice part is if you have game installed
just copy the folders P1A -> P6B, direct to game folder. Then edit the bd.ini file in game folder and change the section under [DRIVES] change path1...path13 to the gamefolder itself.

IE: path1 = E:\BDAHLIA\p1a\

you just add the "E:\BDAHLIA\" infront of each path from 1 - 13.

No more switching cds.
