Full Spectrum Warrior modem lag needs fixing
 

G'day
I was trying to run full spectrum warrior 1 the original one
and it seems to be lagging like hell
if i unplug the router it works a charm
is anyone able to fix this
i think its a simple control conflict but i cant code so i cant fix it myself
please help cause this is pissing me off

Here is a modified file (DLL) that seems to resolve the problem:

Extract it inside main game folder, replacing original.

By hex-editing, all URLs relative to gamespy were removed.

On Windows 7 32-bit the game starts normally in solo mode.

Please provide feedback.

I have rar'd the file and added it as a 'Fileforums Attachment' (below) so the file will be here forever and we don't have to worry about the rapidshare link expiring. ;)

P.S: I rar'd it as you cannot attach a 'zip' file over 2MB in size but you can attach a rar file up to 250MB. ;)
