Create 2 temporary folders with the folowing names:
SNG_DVD
SNG_DVD2

Copy all files from your DVD9 to the SNG_DVD folder

Move the folowing files to the SNG_DVD2 Folder:
Group12.cab
Group13.cab

Download the anexed file named SNG_DVD and replace the existing msi file on the SNG_DVD Folder.

Download the anexed file named SNG_DVD2 and extract to the SNG_DVD2 folder.

DVD sequence : DVD1 - DVD2 - DVD1
Size: DVD1 - 3.98GB DVD2 - 2.64GB

Note: I implemented the shortcut to the Games Explorer menu, but at the end of the setup it still asks if you want to create a shortcut on your desktop.

Who wants DVD sequence: DVD1-DVD2 ??? Here it is:

DVD9 to 2xDVD5

1. Create two folders: SNG_DVD- (this is disk1) and SNG_DVD (this is disk2)

2. Extract DVD9 contents to SNG_DVD- folder

3. Delete Group12.cab & Group13.cab (you can also delete PhysX_9.09.1112_SystemSoftware.exe and DirectX folder)

4. Extract DVD9 contents to SNG_DVD folder

5. Delete Group1.cab & Group11.cab

6. Edit autorun.inf in SNG_DVD folder:
Code:

[autorun]
open=0
icon=Setup\rsrc\SNG.ico

shell\dinstall\command=Directx\dxsetup.exe
shell\dinstall=DirectX(R)...

7. Download the msi file and replace in both folders (just to be sure :))
8. Burn to DVDs or make ISOs with the labels SNG_DVD- and SNG_DVD

9. Install Sequence: DVD 1 - DVD 2

Install and Uninstall works 100% :)

GODZYLLA 25-06-2010 05:35

Nope... I spotted a while ago this method being used on X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and I knew it should work on all Activision games because the Installshield requires the installation to end on the dvd with the original label, not DVD2 or any other name. You should try it on Transformers - War for Cybertron, because it's the same install type. From what I remember, I tried this on Blur (??).

branaaa 26-06-2010 15:49

Uninstall don't work. I can't install game any more. Please help.

GODZYLLA 27-06-2010 03:54

Search the registry for the keyword: "Singularity". Be careful what you delete, but pretty much all entries related to the game should be deleted. Then try installing again.

branaaa 27-06-2010 04:22

Thank you very much. Now is working.
