THE SETTLERS 7-Paths to a Kingdom DVD9 to 2xDVD5
 

1: Download attachment & Extract 'THE SETTLERS 7 2xDVD5' contents

2: Copy all DVD9 content to DVD1 folder (don't overwrite the contents)

3: Launch repack.bat & wait

4: In the DVD2 Create another folder/s for any Updates,Cracks,Patches etc...

5: Make iso's or burn content with any label

I used peterf1999's attached file in Splinter Cell Conviction thread to repack. I have edited repack.bat file to only repack and delete files. In second disk you have to move Setup and support folders, because setup installs directx and other files in the end.

Its right, the game uses the same InstallShield engine (v14.0) of SCC ;)

Your script removes layout.bin now, causing installer error.

Are you sure :confused: impossible .... whatever,re download attachment...copy layout.bin attachment/DVD1 to DVD1 ( conversion folder )

I'm pretty sure, last line of repack.bat: "del data4.cab ISCAB.exe ISTools.dll layout.bin list.ini MediaBuild40.dll repack.bat"

your repack.bat STILL has the setup folder wrong, should be move not copy.

copy /Y Setup ..\DVD2\ >nul

also 2nd last line doesnt belong there...

thats from SCC, doesnt even exist in settlers 7 dvd9

this conversion works for 2 testers on old attached,anyway re-fixed...Hope this solves the problem
