Getting "the application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000005" with sicheat

This is the error I get when I start up any trainer from sicheat.

The latest trainer from sicheat, i guess is the one for supreme commander 2.

I did a google on the error, nothing came up relate to my situation. I found no suspicious registry keys or virus.

the error "the application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000005" pops up twice when I open the trainer.

I have no idea what caused it, I used to be able to run trainers from sicheat fine.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a "general protection fault". Perhaps, some necessary DLL's are missing? DABhand once said that h4x0r's trainers are written in Delphi or something. Please, ask this question on the SiCheats forum and when you get an answer then post it here for our education, too. Thanks! :)

I can't access www.sicheats.com. It gives me a 403 error.
Problem is, no where on the interwebs tells me what files causes the problem. It's frustrating.

Please, try a few other trainers from the same author. Do those A) work, B) crash with the same error message, C) crash with a different error message? Please, quote messages fully, with all text visible in the message box. (HInt: You can use Ctrl-C "blidly" in the message box to copy its full contents into the clipbard.)

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

OK
---------------------------

This is the error message, after clicking OK, another one will pop up.

im getting the same shit with all the sicheats trainers
did anyone find any solutions?

TippeX 06-03-2010 03:48

typically that can mean a few things

1. dep needs to be disabled for the trainer
2. the trainer (or the dll) imports some api that is not available on your os (this may not be shown if the exe is packed etc.., or not made obvious)

yes the problem is the dll size no is corret, you can download again the trainer and try, grettings

alaudae 06-03-2010 05:19

by DLL size you mean the sicheats.dll file size?

Downloaded again, didn't help. There's something wrong with the file name too.
The file from gamecopyworld is named *!rar , exclamation mark instead of dot.
