Venetica DVD9 to DVD5

Venetica DVD9 to DVD5 incl Patch 1.02 and Crack Installer

1. Install the Game and after that install Patch 1.02

2. Go to the Game directory and delete unins000.dat & unins000.exe

3. Use FreeArc and go to the directory, where you installed the game and compress all files with these settings:

4. Move the created file with the name "Data.arc" to a Temp folder named "VENTEMP"

5. Copy those files and folders of the DVD to the folder named "VENTEMP"

Startup.exe

6. Extract the Attachment to the VENTEMP folder
-> if you choose without Crack Installer Version, then go to step 9

7. Create a "Crack" folder in VENTEMP and put there the crack files

8. Create a folder BackUp in Crack folder and copy there the original exe

9. Burn the contents of this folder with any label

FINISHED!!!:D

PS: Burn the DVD in UDF

v1.01 if it's the new release (IE. outside of Germany which had an older release some time ago now). There is a patch to bring it up to v1.02, which is the one RELOADED based their fix on.

Also, @OP: Slight typo. It's installation.ini NOT .inf. And you could skip the step of doing all the crack folder, by applying the patch and the crack to start with and include it all in the Data.arc, thus resulting in a pre-fixed version. The point of backing up the original .exe is also unnecessary, as updates for this game don't check for the presence of a known 'original' .exe file before patching ;)

Result is approx. 66% of the original size at: 3.06GB

but i checked the update file.
it checks md5 -> so it know, which update is installed. therefore i find it important

@yener90: Can u upload the setup.exe without the patch 1.02 in Data.arc, and no PhysX or DX install (just options, original setup detected whether PhysX already install or not), because I just want to install the game as it is, and apply the patch manually! Thx ^^

skip the second point, every other point is the same.
here crack installer is deleted too -> you wanted normal setup file.

Is "well designed version" created for patched game too (1.02) ?

I prefer non-patched version, patch then crack it... but oh well, it;s just me :p
