Is they know a friend or family member who works at gamestop, even when they live in Europe.

So anyone else know someone who works at gamestop and get their games way before dispatch date also? LOL

You're not an authority to make such judgments and neither are we. The best to do is remove/punish posts that are obviously about warez. Removing/punishing posts that may be about warez would be overkill and is not acceptable. (See the analogy of the difference between "false negative" and "false positive" in virus scanners.)
