[request] navy field
 

Im requesting a trainer to navy field, not to cheat the game, but to roll the sailors.

the best primary stats cap is 15, but what really that do, its too rare to take!
the other stats have a cap lvl of 12...but barelly match to fit a good gunner or repairer.

fell fre to add a jump lvl buttom to the sailors too.
