NASCAR Revolution No CD Crack

Yea... this game is old! But I just built me a rig using an old 3DFX Voodoo 4500 PCI just for old time sake. I'm using it for games that were pretty much exclusively for the voodoo/glide. NASCAR Revolution asks for the CD, but when inserted, there's no start menu, the game starts to install. THANKS!

try gamefix not sure if it will be there.

EDIT: I just looked there nothing, its from 1999 so you could possibly make a mini or maxi image of the game and mount it in daemon tools.

See entry III/4. of the PC Games forum FAQ.

Well if I'm understanding Joe Forster/STA correctly, I can supply someone with the .exe for this game so they can make a no cd crack?

Joe Forster/STA 26-05-2009 11:03

Yes, if it's an old enough game with a simple enough copy protection (that's why you need to scan the game with ProtectionID) that I may be able to look into it for you.

Here's my results

-=[ ProtectionID v0.6.2.3 MARCH 2009]=-

Ready...

[I] Init cd/dvd sector scan for Drive D
-> Protection : None/Unknown
[!] Disc appears to have no protection or is using an unknown protection
- Scan Took : 2.813 Second(s)

TippeX 26-05-2009 14:19

think its a simple cd/dvd check, protection back on those days wasn't that sophisticated mostly :), or its a really really really old protection

also try scanning the disk itself, if that doesn't work (there's a bug in pid regarding disk->file scans.. fixed in the new build coming soon) try copying the files to harddisk and then scanning them...

I don't think this game has a copy protection, it just asks for the cd to play. The game does a full install of everything except for the music which plays from the cd. If you turn off music in the options, it doesn't need to access the cd at all, but still asks for it... THANKS
