Emergency 4: impossible to create a backup copy

Hi all. I need your help..:(
Today I bought a game and I want to make a backup of the disk, but I have a problem.
During the creation of the ISO or when I try to copy it, at 71% of the process i have an error:

With all programs that I try, I have the same error. The files on the DVD don't have a protection, but the DVD is this:

Is this a type of protection? If yes, how can I make a backup copy? Thx you all and sorry 4 my bad english.

(Wrong forum, meaningless title. Both fixed.)

According to http://m0001.gamecopyworld.com/games...rgency_4.shtml, this game is protected by some simple CD checks so you should be able to back it up with any CD copier software, not only Alcohol 120%. If your original is broken - can you install the game at all?! - then take it back to the shop and ask for a replacement.

Sorry for title and wrong forum. :(

So, my, it's the italian version that come out one week ago (25/03/09)
And I think it's different of the others versions. No need to dvd for play and the files aren't protected (I check with ProtectID). No problem with installation and works great. The only problem is if I want create that copy of backup, and I don't know why all programs can't go over 71%...For this I ask you if that "circle" on the dvd can be a protection that block the process and if exist a software that can bypass this. Thx again!

Just copy the files on the cd and paste them on your hd

Emergency 2 & 3 were both protected with RingProTech. so chances are high this title uses the same protection. scan the installation folder with ProtectionID and check yourself :)

You can see the ring with the naked eye ;)

@d4rk0
Use Alcohol 52/120% (RingPROTECH(+) profile) or Blindwrite 6 (Automatic profile).
And be patient; depending on your drive image creation may take a while.
