X-Men Origins Wolverine (DVD9 to 2xDVD5)

1) Create temp folders

'temp\Wolverine_1'
'temp\Wolverine_2'

2) Copy DVD9 content to 'temp\Wolverine_1'

3) Move 'temp\Wolverine_1\Setup\Data\WGame\Movies' folder to 'temp\Wolverine_2\Setup\Data\WGame\'

4) Copy WOLV.ico from 'temp\Wolverine_1\Setup\rsrc' to 'temp\Wolverine_2'

5) Create autorun.inf in 'temp\Wolverine_2':

icon=WOLV.ico

6) Extract and overwrite edited MSI: Attachment 985 to 'temp\Wolverine_1'

7) Burn or make isos with labels 'WOLV_DVD' and 'WOLV_DVD 2'

Install Sequence: DVD1-DVD2-DVD1

DVD1 size 3.91 gb
DVD2 size 3.04 gb

For users who want to edit original msi themselves, these changes should be made
to 'media' table (Use orca or appeditor, i prefer appeditor :p):

Install Sequence: DVD1-DVD2 finish

1) Create temp folders

'temp\WOLV_DVD1'
'temp\WOLV_DVD'

2) Copy DVD9 content to 'temp\WOLV_DVD1'

3) Delete Movies folder from 'temp\WOLV_DVD1\Setup\Data\WGame'

4) Copy DVD9 content to 'temp\WOLV_DVD'

5) Delete CookedPC folder from 'temp\WOLV_DVD1\Setup\Data\WGame'

6) Extract and overwrite edited MSI: Attachment 986 to 'temp\WOLV_DVD1' and 'temp\WOLV_DVD'

Pass : 7) Create autorun.inf in 'temp\WOLV_DVD':

8) Burn or make isos with labels 'WOLV_DVD1' and 'WOLV_DVD'

Install Sequence: DVD1-DVD2 finish

DVD1 size 3.92 gb
DVD2 size 3.27 gb

but the file in both of them

you must make the first dvd with the lable WOLV_DVD1

you must make the second dvd with the lable WOLV_DVD

and I tested it and works 100%

1) COPY THE CONTENTS OF YOUR DVD9 TO A FOLDER CALLED WOLV_DVD

2) NOW REMOVE ‘Movies’ FOLDER FOUNDED IN Setup\Data\WGame

3) REPLACE ‘Activision(R).msi’ IN TEMP FOLDER WITH THE ONE FOUNDED IN THE ‘WOLV_DVD’ FOLDER IN THE BELOW DOWNLOAD (the archive)

4) MAKE A FOLDER FOR ALL UPDATES/FIXES & BURN THE FOLDER USING THE SAME VOLUME NAME

DISK 2 OF 2 INSTRUCTIONS

1) MAKE A NEW FOLDER CALLED WOLV_DVD 2 & PLACE THE FOLDER Setup IN THERE

2) NOW GO TO ‘Data’ FOLDER (PATH: Setup\Data) AND DELETE THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS AND FILES

3) NOW GO TO ‘WGame’ FOLDER (PATH: Setup\Data\WGame) AND DELETE THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS AND FILES

5) ADD THE FILE FROM THE ‘WOLV_DVD 2’ FOLDER (founded in the archive) IN THE WOLV_DVD 2 FOLDER

6) BURN THE FOLDER USING THE SAME VOLUME LABEL

INSTALL SEQUENCE IS DVD1-DVD2-DVD1

TESTED & WORK 100%

1. Replace the Fake Files in:
WOLV_DVD: \ Setup \ Data \ WGame \ CookedPC

2.Use "RAD Video Tools" to compress files .BIK in:
WOLV_DVD: \ Setup \ Data \ WGame \ Movies

3.Reduce the quality of the video of '80%
