hi boys and girls i have a big problem with riping data from the dc. When i have connected everything and done like it says on the Xena page the Terminal starts to recive the data and when i get to 800 kb the screen gets full of &g%#267() signs . and the rip stops. Why ??
It is like that on every game and there is no scratches and i have tryed out allready the 2 terminal progs an with macro and without. Whyyyyyyyyy ; ( .
I cant rip anything over 800 kb. Please help me i know there is a lot of other pople that has the same problem.

Install Rambooster,
set alarm level at 32mb ram,
target level of free ram 64.

restart pc ,
turn off antivirus program,getright,msjoystick loader,screen saver...and don't try to access internet,use other program when ripping ,
otherwise the term will stop and come up with a rubbish data in terminal window or system hang without reason.

I've been using this method to rip off 27 DC GDrom,it's works for me,i hope this help

Ihave riped sega rally 2 ( PAL )
but i cant gzip the files i am using the jap progi you have on your site but it comes up some window and it shuts down. I use WinMe Eng. Is this meaby the problem. But if i gzip the files what is next ? I have like tons of games but i dont know a jack shit about this riping stuff ( i am a newbi ) heheheh. Thank you .

Try use the latest WinACE to ungzip the trackxx.xxx.gz

i have track 03.iso and 17- raw.files and the last one is track21.iso it seems it is not the same as jap. do i extract only the first and the last ? and what is next ?

DreamRIP Skipping track Trick by Rush


Turns out to be pretty easy to skip track , while ripping with dreamrip,
Pause the Macro and Open the DC lid , while receiving a track ,
close it ,start the macro and you will start receiving next track.

better to use hyper term... anyway that trick actually skips 2 tracks not just one

maybe software conflict,it only skip 1 track on my machine win95 ,but it'll skip all audio track on my friend pc win98

ok if i understand this correct. I need to go to the last iso file by the skiping track trick and write down the sector.nr. After that i need to extract the first iso and the last iso with the sector.nr.. Correct ?
Ok but what is really the next step to take after extracting the files in to a folder. What do i need to do and how do i crack the dame game : )
