PS2 "BIG" Problems
 

Hope you can help me !

Heres my problem

My Action Replay 2 Cd1 will not Boot Up it just goes to the Browser and System config screen. And in the browser it just keeps reading until it goes to the red screen saying ( plz insert a ps1 or ps2 disc )

Original Games work correctly.

Action Replay 2 Cd2 will only boot when gone through the browser option ( takes a lonnng time to load )

Music Cd's will only play through the browser option ( takes a lonnng time to load )

I have a neo2.2 from Kanection

The problem probably lies in the Neo 2.2, it sounds like a problem in the chipping.
I had a similar problem with my PS2 and it was the chip

I had exactly the same problem,but with a RegionX disk,thought it was the disk so I went & bought another but no difference.
Had the chip removed & a new one installed but this made no difference either.Ive now had to send it off to madeiragames to have it looked at instead. If the chip was fitted by Kanection then you should take/send the console back & they should look at it FOC.All chipping & problems associated with it should be covered by them for 12 months.
