FileForums - NWN (original) together on two network computers?

I have got the game by illegal means. Used cracks and downloaded the CDs.
If it makes any difference that is.

I have put the game on two computer in the house, and we are connected together by a network.
I used to enjoy making maps and alot of custom stuff on NWN and i was wondering if i could play my maps with my cuson somehow.
we have both made accounts (when you try to click multiplayer, it asks for one?)
But for some reason our computer cant reach the master server. *shrug*
But i was curious on if there was a way on how to play together with him while we are connected via networks.

and also, i could host a game, but when i select my character it says its trying to connect to the server or something and it fails. Any way to get around this? So i can connect to him directly?
