Unable To Create Profile At TR Anniversary

I cant save the game even load the game! When i wannt to create profile it tells me that it is Unable!
Whats The Problem!?

Try with your original dvd if you can create.

i dont have a original DVD, i have bought the game without a crack! Now i have this crack http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/?d=2007&f=htd-tray!rar but doesn't work saving the game or loading the game! Even Create a profile!
