downsampled, what next??? PLEASE READ! :)

I ripped my game "gundam", the iso was 984megs....too big...so I extracted files and all extracted files + sub folders are under 700megs, do I need to bother downsampling, and if not what do I do next...how do I compile it into an iso or whatever or do I just burn the files on a cd, if so what program do I use to burn and what options do I select etc...I know how to burn iso cdi etc but don't know how to do it with a bunch of files...Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

What do I patch the bin files and pk files with?? is there specific patches for this game (gundam)....is there an easier way create the game, do I have to make it self booting...I would rather just have a working bootable game :)??

go to come.to/selfboot or dcwarez.com for a guide on ripping...there is also software there to apply the hacks.. try cooledit2k to downsample, but i am not sure what type of file a *pk file is, so i am not sure on that...

xena 16-03-2001 20:04

sorry no .pk files, the pk file are for sf2doubleimpact :)

0gnd01.bin ,Frresult.bin ,Frtitle.bin ,Gnd01.bin , Gnd01b.bin ,Gnd02.bin ,Gnd03.bin ,Gnd04.bin , Gnd05.bin ,Gnd06.bin ,Gnd07.bin ,Gnd08.bin ,
Gnd09.bin ,GUNSTAFF_E.bin

u need hack all binfiles, then downsample .sfd to fit the cd size.
Also the software there dcwarez.com to apply the hacks..was come from my site ,it's seems that someone rename the files and put in there :(

linux box 16-03-2001 21:10

yeah, it appears that the files at dcwarez and xena's site are the same, so grab which ever ones ya come to first... xena's site (come.to/selfboot) wnampling which will help you greatly...
