Portable HDD Backup and Expansion Woes
 

So my story is this...

My computers HDD failed because of a few corrupt sectors that Toshiba called and said were their faults because of a few different things... anyway, luckily I had backed up my computer and so all was not lost.

I had even backed up most of my games.

Now my problem is this. I backed up Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, but hadn't gotten around to backing up the Kane Wrath Expansion.

Anyways, I copied across all the files and folders, and the game runs fine, and I connect to the net and play online with my account as I did before...
But when I try and run Kane's Wrath, it says I must have Tiberium Wars Installed to be able to play it.

Now is this fixable easily, or is it one of those nasty have to adjust it in the registry issues. If that's the case will I just have to reinstall Tiberium Wars or both to get it to work?

KW is a brainless tad, it searches for C&C3 registry entries even though it has no use of its assets. Just reinstall the thing would be the easiest.
