5.5.3.1 is the file version reported by windows on tagesclient.exe (date: 21/02/2008)
tagesclient.dat date is from 14/10/2008
maybe am wrong, but you can get the update from The Patches Scrolls, extract it with innounp.exe (the update is a inno setup exe) and check it ;)

tagesclient.exe doesn't say anything about real tages version.
