Ok going on the filelist try this out...

VALVES THE ORANGE BOX TO 3X DVD5

[1] COPY THE CONTENTS OF THE GAME TO A FOLDER CALLED TOB_DVD

[2] NOW REMOVE THE FOLLOWING FILES

data7.CAB
data8.CAB
data9.CAB
data10.CAB
data11.CAB
data12.CAB
data13.CAB

[3] BURN THE FOLDER USING TOB_DVD AS THE VOLUME LABEL

[4] REMOVE THE FOLLOWING FILES FROM THE TOB_DVD FOLDER

data2.CAB
data3.CAB
data4.CAB
data5.CAB
data6.CAB

[5] PLACE THE FOLLOWING FILES IN THE TOB_DVD FOLDER

data7.CAB
data8.CAB
data9.CAB
data10.CAB

[6] BURN THE FOLDER USING TOB_DVD AS THE VOLUME LABEL

[7] REMOVE THE FOLLOWING FILES FROM THE TOB_DVD FOLDER

data7.CAB
data8.CAB
data9.CAB
data10.CAB

[8] PLACE THE FOLLOWING FILES IN THE TOB_DVD FOLDER

data11.CAB
data12.CAB
data13.CAB

[9] BURN THE FOLDER USING TOB_DVD AS THE VOLUME LABEL

This is the good version dvd9 to dvd5:



2x dvd5 method works

1] Make DISK1 and DISK2 folders and copy DVD9 content to DISK1

[2] Download ISCab v11.5 and extract it to DISK1 folder

Run repack_cabs.bat

[4] Delete data5-13.cabs, ISCAB.exe, ISTools.dll, list.ini, make_list.bat, MediaBuild40.dll, repack_cabs.bat
Move data1 and data3.cab and data4.cab to DISK2 and the rest of the files
Copy autorun.inf and hl2.ico to DISK2
edit autorun.inf with notepad, change OPEN=INSTALL.EXE to OPEN=0


Make iso's with label DISK1 and DISK2

[2] Download ISCab v11.5 and extract it to DISK1 folder

[3] Run repack_cabs.bat

[4] Delete data5-13.cabs, ISCAB.exe, ISTools.dll, list.ini, make_list.bat, MediaBuild40.dll, repack_cabs.bat

[5] Move data3.cab and data4.cab to DISK2

[6] Copy all files from DISK1 to DISK2 except data2.cab (Make sure you copy data1.cab and data1.hdr)

[7] Edit DISK2 autorun.inf with notepad, change OPEN=INSTALL.EXE to OPEN=0

[8] Make isos with labels DISK1 and DISK2

Too many error warnings
 

It´s ok to receive too many error warnings when installing the game? I am using the zip file attached. Please answer me.

I tried to install from the 2nd DVD but still throws me these annoying messages.

what zip file?

nevermind I'll upload the iscab_11.50.0.42618.rar file.. then follow the steps from RAVD POST #4
