Enrico Rolfi has an installer:

Beware (hearsay):
- Does not work on 64-bit XP or Vista.
- Uses an older version of his SCI32 CD merger program (slightly buggy)
- Does not include DOS version


This is the longer version of the same method above:
- Keeps DOS
- Uses final SCI32 version
- Maybe other OS types


To GK2R1 (any label probably):

copy unisci to HD folder

copy cd6 (overwrite all)
move resmap.006 to 'unisci'
move ressci.006 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.006'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.006'

copy cd5 (overwrite all)
move resmap.005 to 'unisci'
move ressci.005 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.005'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.005'

copy cd4 (overwrite all)
move resmap.004 to 'unisci'
move ressci.004 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.004'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.004'

copy cd3 (overwrite all)
move resmap.003 to 'unisci'
move ressci.003 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.003'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.003'

copy cd2 (overwrite all)
move resmap.002 to 'unisci'
move ressci.002 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.002'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.002'

copy cd1 (overwrite all)
move resmap.001 to 'unisci'
move ressci.001 to 'unisci'
move resource.aud to 'unisci\resaud.001'
move resource.sfx to 'unisci\ressfx.001'

run 'unisci -n:6'
OR
run 'unisci -n:6 -gk2' (Enrico Rolfi's version - more patches, new splash screen)
(6 = 6 CDs)

move unisci\resource.sfx to GK2R1
move unisci\resource.aud to GK2R1
move unisci\ressci.000 to GK2R1
move unisci\resmap.000 to GK2R1

delete unisci

Burn to DVD

Install game

After installation:
(Optional) Install Sierra 1.11 patch if not using Enrico Rolfi's -gk2 version
(Required) Install Rolfi's CD2DVD patches
(Optional) Install Rolfi's no-interlace patch

Edit resource.cfg / resource.win (DOS/WIN):
- remove 'rescdisc' line
- remove 'discID=' line

Play game!

Tested and working.

Note:
I've heard that someone made a DVD5 containing both Phantasmagorias using the above method. o_o
Probably also works for other SCI32 games - SWAT 1, Rama, Shivers 2.
