The DVD check at startup takes at least 3 minutes, is there a NO DVD fix available?

You will have to wait a while until a group is cracking it.
You could also try latest DAEMON Tools Pro and then mounting the created image in vIDE, but i don't know if it really works as i don't have the game and the ProtectDisc version is higher.

This game is not even released for the PC! Closed, forum rule #6. (E.g. IGN and Amazon.com listed it as being available for pre-ordering until the release date of August 15...)

erm it is, i could swear i scanned the pc executable when blazi sent me it :)
